The rules

We arrive early to set up, so you get the entire rental time to play. Generally we arrive 1 to 3 hours before your rental time begins.
On busy days we may set up as early as 4 hours ahead. We confirm exact timing with you the Friday before.
A non-refundable deposit reserves your rental. The remaining balance is typically due upon delivery and setup.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
To cancel, call our office. Cancel at least one day before your event and we issue a raincheck, good for one year.
Same-day cancellations forfeit all payments.
Safety comes first. If we cancel because of high winds or lightning, we issue a raincheck.
If we arrive on site and the event is canceled, all payments are forfeited.
We set up on grass, concrete, asphalt and indoor floors. The area needs to be level and free of debris. Tell us the surface when you book so we bring the right anchoring equipment.
Each product page lists the outlets a unit needs. No power? We rent a generator.
We do not provide attendants. A responsible adult must supervise at all times, and rentals must be booked by someone 18 or older.
It depends on the rental. Bounce houses are $225 to $350, bounce houses with slides are $285 to $350, obstacle courses are $299 to $500, inflatable games and yard games are $75 to $590, and tents and tables are $3.50 to $950. Water slides and dry slides are listed on their category pages. Every price on this page is the price on that rental's page.
