Does the price include set up and delivery?
Yes, although additional fees may apply for farther areas. Prices do not include sales tax.
What types of surfaces are suitable for setting up inflatables?
Grass, concrete, asphalt and indoor floors. The area should be level and free of debris. Tell us the surface when you book so we bring the right anchoring equipment.
What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of our event?
Safety comes first. In severe weather, such as high winds or heavy rain, the rental may be canceled or rescheduled. We will work with you on a solution.
Is a deposit required to secure a reservation?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit secures your reservation. The remaining balance is usually due at delivery and setup.
What should I do if I run into issues during the rental period?

How much does a bounce house with a slide cost?
Our combo bounce houses rent for $285 to $350 for up to 4 hours, depending on the unit. Each additional hour is $50. Delivery and setup are included, and sales tax is not. Use the combo finder to see what fits your budget.
How much space do I need for a bounce house with a slide?
Every unit lists its setup area on its product page. Most of our combos need about 33 by 15 feet, and the smallest needs about 22 by 16 feet. The Ferris Wheel Mega Combo is our largest at 38 feet long. Use the combo finder to match a unit to your yard, or call (828) 329-0845 if you are not sure.
Is there a bounce house with a slide for toddlers?
Yes. The Block Play Land with Slide is listed for ages 1 to 5 and rents for $285 for up to 4 hours.
Do the combos come with water?
The combos on this page are dry units. Several of these combos also have a WET version listed with our water slide rentals.
What do I need at my location for a combo bounce house?
A level spot that is free of debris, on grass, concrete, asphalt or an indoor floor, with room for the unit's full setup area. Each combo lists 1 outlet on its product page. We also rent a generator for $125. Not sure about power access? Call (828) 329-0845 before you book.
Does the 4-hour rental time include setup?
No. We set up before your rental starts, so the full rental time is for playing. We deliver, set up and safety-check your combo 1 to 2 hours before start.
Do you provide an attendant?
No. We handle delivery, setup and takedown, but we do not supervise. Please have a responsible adult watch the kids while they play.
What if we need to cancel our rental?
Call our office. Deposits and full payments are non-refundable. If weather cancels your event before our crew arrives, or if we cancel because of wind, your payment becomes a raincheck. A full payment also becomes a raincheck, good for one year, if we know a day in advance. If our crew arrives and the event is cancelled, the payment is forfeited.
Where do you deliver?
