Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember, prices do not include sales tax.

Our inflatables can be set up on various surfaces, including grass, concrete, asphalt, and indoor floors. It’s important to ensure the area is level and free from debris. Please inform us of the setup surface during booking so we can bring the appropriate anchoring equipment.
What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of our event?
Safety is paramount. If severe weather conditions arise, such as high winds or heavy rain, we may need to cancel or reschedule your rental. In such cases, we will work closely with you to find the best solution, prioritizing the safety of all participants.
Is a deposit required to secure a reservation?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit ensures that the equipment is reserved specifically for your event. The remaining balance is typically due upon delivery and setup.
What should I do if I encounter issues during the rental period?

How much does it cost to rent an inflatable obstacle course?
Our obstacle courses rent for $299 to $500 for up to 4 hours, depending on the unit. Each additional hour is $50. Delivery and setup are included, and sales tax is not. Use the course finder to see what fits your budget.
How much space do I need for an inflatable obstacle course?
Every course lists its size on its product page. The courses with a listed size run from about 32 feet long up to 80 feet, and most list 10 to 15 feet of width. Use the course finder to match a course to your space, or call (828) 329-0845 if you are not sure.
How many people can use an obstacle course at once?
Most of our courses have two lanes, so kids can race side by side. We do not list a set capacity for each course. Call (828) 329-0845 and tell us your group size and event, and we will help you choose a course and what to pair it with.
Are your obstacle courses wet or dry?
Our obstacle courses are dry inflatables, so no water is needed. If you want a splash, see our water slide rentals.
What ages are the obstacle courses for?
Our obstacle courses work for kids of all ages, from younger children to teens. For a mixed-age group or a specific age range, call (828) 329-0845 and we will help you choose.
What do I need at my location for an obstacle course?
A level spot that is free of debris, on grass, concrete, asphalt or an indoor floor, with room for the course’s full length and width. Some of our larger courses list 2 outlets on different circuit breakers. We also rent a generator for $125. Not sure about power access? Call (828) 329-0845 before you book.
Does the 4-hour rental time include setup?
No. We set up before your rental starts, so the full rental time is for playing. We deliver, set up and safety-check your obstacle course 1 to 2 hours before start.
Can I keep an obstacle course overnight?
Yes. Overnight rates are listed on each product page. For example, the 51ft The Big Dual Lane Obstacle Course is $759 to keep overnight.
Do you provide an attendant?
No. We handle delivery, setup and takedown, but we do not supervise. Please have a responsible adult watch the kids while they play.
What if we need to cancel our rental?
Call our office. Deposits and full payments are non-refundable. If weather cancels your event before our crew arrives, or if we cancel because of wind, your payment becomes a raincheck. A full payment also becomes a raincheck, good for one year, if we know a day in advance. If our crew arrives and the event is cancelled, the payment is forfeited.
