Does the price include set up and delivery?
Yes, setup and delivery are included, but fees may apply for locations farther out. Prices exclude sales tax.
What types of surfaces are suitable for setting up inflatables?
Inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt or indoor floors. The area must be level and free of debris. Tell us the surface when you book so we bring the right anchoring equipment.
What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of our event?
Safety comes first. If conditions such as high winds or heavy rain arise, the rental may be canceled or rescheduled. We will work with you on the best solution and put everyone's safety first.
Is a deposit required to secure a reservation?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit secures the equipment for your event. The remaining balance is typically due at delivery and setup.
What should I do if I encounter issues during the rental period?
Call (828) 329-0845 right away. We aim to respond promptly so your event runs smoothly.
How much does a water slide rental cost?
Our water slides rent for $299 to $450 for up to 4 hours, depending on the slide. Each additional hour is $50. Delivery and setup are included, and sales tax is not. Use the water slide finder to see what fits your budget.
How much space do I need for a water slide?
Every slide lists its setup area on its product page. Our current slides need from about 26 to 40 feet in length, and from 11 to 20 feet in width. Use the water slide finder to match a slide to your yard. Not sure how much room you have? Call (828) 329-0845.
What do I need at my location for a water slide?
A level spot that is free of debris, on grass, concrete, asphalt or an indoor floor, with room for the slide's full setup area. Most slides list 1 outlet on their product page. We also rent a generator for $125. Not sure about water or power access? Call (828) 329-0845 before you book.
Does the 4-hour rental time include setup?
No. We set up before your rental starts, so the full rental time is for playing. We deliver, set up and safety-check your water slide 1 to 2 hours before start.
Can I keep a water slide longer than 4 hours?
Yes. Extra hours are $50 each. Many slides also list an overnight price on their product page, so you can keep the slide for a longer event. Call (828) 329-0845 to plan the timing.
Do you provide an attendant for the water slide?
No. We handle delivery, setup and takedown, but we do not supervise. Please have a responsible adult watch the kids while they play.
What if we need to cancel our water slide rental?
Call our office. Deposits and full payments are non-refundable. If weather cancels your event before our crew arrives, or if we cancel because of wind, your payment becomes a raincheck. A full payment also becomes a raincheck, good for one year, if we know a day in advance. If our crew arrives and the event is cancelled, the payment is forfeited.
Where do you deliver water slides?
