Delivery and setup timing
We arrive early to set up, so you get the entire rental time to play. Generally we arrive 1 to 3 hours before your rental time begins.
On busy days we may set up as early as 4 hours ahead. We confirm exact timing with you the Friday before.
Deposit and payment
A non-refundable deposit reserves your bounce house. The remaining balance is typically due upon delivery and setup.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations
To cancel, call our office. Cancel at least one day before your event and we issue a raincheck, good for one year.
Same-day cancellations forfeit all payments.
Weather
Safety comes first. If we cancel because of high winds or lightning, we issue a raincheck.
If we arrive on site and the event is canceled, all payments are forfeited.
Surface and power
We set up on grass, concrete, asphalt and indoor floors. The area needs to be level and free of debris. Tell us the surface when you book so we bring the right anchoring equipment.
Each product page lists the outlets a unit needs. No power? We rent a generator.
Supervision
We do not provide attendants. A responsible adult must supervise at all times, and rentals must be booked by someone 18 or older.

How much does it cost to rent a bounce house?

No. We arrive early to set up your bounce house or other inflatable rental so you get the entire rental time to play.

Each product page lists a Keep it Overnight price. For example, Twisted Ocean is $371.25 overnight and XXL Big House is $493.35. Call (828) 329-0845 to confirm overnight delivery and pickup details.
How much space do I need for a bounce house?
Every bounce house lists a setup area on its product page. The listed setup areas run from 14 by 14 feet for the Block Party Bounce House up to 34 by 18 feet for the Crystal Castle Combo (DRY). Check the product page for the unit you want, and call us if you are not sure your space will fit.
Is a deposit required to secure a reservation?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit ensures that the equipment is reserved specifically for your event. The remaining balance is typically due upon delivery and setup.
What if I need to cancel?
To cancel, please call our office. If you cancel at least one day before your event, we issue a raincheck valid for one year. Same-day cancellations forfeit all payments. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Do you charge extra for delivery to other cities?
Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Travel fees apply to different cities. Call (828) 329-0845 to confirm your address and any fee.
Do you provide attendants to supervise the inflatables?
No. Our team handles delivery, setup and takedown, but we do not provide attendants. We recommend a responsible adult supervise the children at all times.
What types of surfaces are suitable for setting up inflatables?
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt and indoor floors. The area needs to be level and free from debris. Please tell us the setup surface during booking so we can bring the appropriate anchoring equipment.
